Embryo Transfer Catheter

Echo band to provide immediate identification of catheter tip position. Echo band is only 2mm wide to maximize view during loading but still provide excellent echogenic properties.

ET Catheter

• Used to place in vitro fertilized (IVF) embryos into the uterine cavity.
• The guide catheter is curved to facilitate insertion.
• The guide catheter’s rounded bulb (O-bulb) tip eases passage through the cervix.
• The transfer catheter is soft, flexible and low friction which promotes optimal positioning of the embryo and at the same time, guarantees the intrauterine protection of the patient. The catheter tip ends in a rounded soft tip.
• The low friction minimizes the volume of media that is required.
•  proximal marking indicates the correct positioning for the user.
• The catheters are packaged in hard vacuum and separate sterile pouche.
• The ergonomic hand grip design allows for the cervix catheter to be comfortably inserted and for the confident positioning of the embryo.
• Luer-Lock connector assures loss-free attachment to the syringe.

   Shelf life

• Sterilization: Sterilized with ethylene oxide gas, which guarantees the catheter’s sterility in its single-layer packaging Up to 3 years according to ASTMF1980
